This frame can only support prescriptions between +/-5.00.  If you are unsure if your Rx meets these standards. email optical@shadyrays.com and we'll let you know if we can make this frame work for you.

• Prescription Eyewear Replacement Program: Prescription orders are eligible for (1) broken replacement within a year of date purchased. Just pay a processing fee of $49.89 for VIP members or $54.89 for non-VIP. Valid prescription required. See full policy below for new and previous prescription orders.
